Meeting with a Kvevri maker. The manufacture of kvevris is one of the oldest sectors of traditional pottery. Coming from families of artisans, this know-how is transmitted orally and visually from generation to generation. You will discover his family traditions and will taste local "Chacha" (local grappa).

Then direction to Tsinandali, visit Prince Alexander Chavchavadze small palace. Early 19th century he was the first to introduce European winemaking technology to Georgia and created a new standard for Georgian wine. • Visit the UNESCO-listed Alaverdi Cathedral, the highest cathedral in Georgia (50 meters). It dominates the surrounding landscape in a fertile river valley against the backdrop of the Greater Caucasus Mountains. • Then departure to the ‘’Vazisubani estate‘’, internationally renowned for its wines. The estate houses a 140-year-old cellar. Visit of the cellar and wine tasting.
• We will take the road to the charming little town of Sighnaghi.

• Dinner at the ‘’Pheasant's Tears’’ restaurant, owned by John Wurdeman, an American who came to settle in Georgia in the 90s and created a natural wine estate there. He has greatly contributed Georgian wine making old traditions. During dinner you will taste the wines of the estate.
